Romera Brass S27B40 bass trombone mouthpiece with gold plated rim/cup. S= rounded rim 27 = rim ID (27mm) B = cup shape 40 = cup depth (40mm) Throat = 8mm This is a bit of a beast! I would say going by eye & feel that the ID is a bit bigger than 27mm. The blank is a lot bigger & also longer compared to a Bach or Wick however it's well balanced overall. It's in overall really good condition but there is some tarnish on the rim which has no impact on feel.
