Brand new replacement rubber sleeve and spacer for Gen16 direct source pickup (G16AE002DS). Part of G16AE024DS or G16AE033 kit (rubber sleeve and spacer only as shown!). This are non genuine, high quality replacement parts. I am using these myself on my kit as Zildjian discontinued them. These are excellent quality parts, made of NBR rubber, sligty harder than genuine for longer durability. Fits tightly on 8mm cymbal rod.
