This manufacturer builds twelve string guitars to withstand the associated string tension. It stays in tune very well too. The instrument has a solid top. It is in excellent condition and has been in a smoke free environment. Very playable, quality instrument. Made in Canada. The case fits well and, although it has some cosmetic damage, is fully functional.
