Stentor Student 2 violin in excellent condition (not to be confused with the more basic Stentor Student 1). The Student 2 features higher quality pegs, fingerboard and body. Features high-grade, dense Ebony. Ebony is naturally oily and incredibly hard-wearing. It provides a smooth, "glass-like" surface for the fingerboard that won't wear down or "pit" over time. Constructed from selected tonewoods. The spruce top and maple back are hand-carved to a more refined thickness, and the varnish is a higher-quality, hand-rubbed finish.
