Tested and appears to be fully functional, but there may be some issues that I am unaware of, and is therefore being sold "as is". The body has yellowed and discolored, but overall, is still in good condition. The battery pack has been tested and works, but could probably use foam or something to hold the batteries in a little tighter for a better connection since the original foam has worn down over time. No power supply or batteries are included. Will need a 12v DC center negative power supply, or (8) "C" size batteries to power.
