In very good condition. Really nice and sturdy stand, great feel and full of features: spring tension adjustment, board height adjustment, swivel legs, the stand can also be tilted toward to bring the hats closer to the player, quick-release hi-hat clutch, plus (something that even Tama does not say) there is the possibility to move the pedal board back and forward, slightly changing the feel, almost like some drum pedals from Pearl do. It packs down really neatly, letting you keep the rod nice and straight once locked inside the top tube with the hi hat clutch I have this listed elsewhere and I might remove it from here anytime
