This is a great sounding pickup. High quality scatterwound vintage /PAF voiced, alnico 2 magnets. I use them in my Gibson's and Epiphones over the stock pickups. They are really that good. My Gibson pickups got sold on eBay, and these took their place. Great clarity and dynamics. Clean or overdriven. Also you can do coil splitting with these if you want.
