Made to celebrate the Vandoren 120 year anniversary, only 120 of these mouthpieces were produced. The titanium gives the sound a weightier sound, not raspier as you would normally expect from a metal mouthpiece. I bought this from new, but don’t really play it enough to justify owning it, it has some superficial scratches to the top from a ligature (see photos), but aside from that it comes with all of the original packaging and is undamaged
