Lovely Vandoren Optimum T5 ebonite mouthpiece. Always played with a mouthpiece patch. Not been played for years. Deserved to be played. Very small chip on the left side near the mouthpiece patch area not on the rails. Does not affect the sound or playability. Will come in a vandoren box but not for this model.
