Antique Eb sopranino saxophone stamped Besson. This was made in Paris c1910 by Couesnon. It is in playable condition (the sound is amazing!). Keyed from low B - high Eb it is smaller and lighter than modern sopraninos. It has the welcome addition of an automatic octave mechanism (added perhaps in the 1920s or 1930s) and is a very nice horn indeed. Comes with a vintage hard case adapted to fit. I’m not supplying this with a mouthpiece but if you are interested in this with a mouthpiece I can supply a suitable one at a reasonable price. This is a very rare and collectible saxophone that also sounds beautiful.
