Bottom skin has a couple tears and is stiff. Some of the Tacks that hold skin on are not in all the way but are tight. Dragon on one side is very worn. Examine photos carefully!! 10” across x 4” tall Drum has a bracket and bolt on the side which I am not sure what it is for. Sold as is condition!!
