Hand made Dave Guardala in great playing condition. Wear is cosmetic only. Most of the gold plating has come off. It has been played a lot but tip and rails in excellent condition. This is an awesome mouth piece - A great player. Well sort after piece. NB: there is a hand engraved inscription but difficult to make out (see pic)
