This is an older MIJ snare drum, likely from the 1960s–1970s era. Made in Japan marking visible on the snare throw-off/strainer. Snare wires installed. The interesting part is that the inside of the drum is very clean, with no visible rust inside the shell and no rust on the internal screws holding the lugs.
