It does play music - all 3 valves work. The mouthpiece is 7C and is stuck in the tube. The tubes for the bell and mouthpiece are both bent. Lots of scratches and paint loss. Serial #81039. Made in Elkhart, IN. Valves have clear plastic cover. All 3 sliders are stuck may need heat to get loose. This horn will be perfect for beginning musicians. USPS Ground is FREE (includes insurance).
