No missing reeds. Some are loose (see pics) According to the label on the case this accordion was used by an Irish travelling/professional accordionist named Billy Garvey, many years ago It's very hard to make out but it reads: Billy Garvey "Lucan to Mahone" "Old Mother Riley" ON TOUR
